Hey Dads, time for a couple book recommendations during the somewhat downtime you get or if it’s part of your New Year’s resolutions! I’ve read mostly every genre there is and I have years pre baby that have averaged 40 books and will start a few small blogs about some books I’ve enjoyed!
If you are into science fiction the best series I’ve read is Red Rising by Pierce Brown. It’s a 6 book series soon to be the 7th and final coming at some point in the coming year or 2. It’s a very slow start maybe the first 100 pages but you will not be able to put it down. The premise of the story is about Darrow who is a miner on mars and is considered a Red which is at the bottom of the totem pole of society and he comes to find out that his whole life is a lie and becomes a Gold which is the best of society. He enters their ranks and slowly makes his way up those ranks joining a revolution to even our society and Break the Chains ! It’s absolutely incredible, it took me a week to read the first 3 books and they get better and better!
